Which regions does every deliver to and how does shipping work?Updated 19 days ago

We deliver using different carriers depending on your location 🚚

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link with all relevant details and an estimated delivery window. Final delivery is handled by the respective shipping partner.



Germany

Carrier: DPD, UPS

Delivery days and times:

  • Tuesday to Saturday between 08:00 and 18:00
  • Optional: DPD before 12:00 (for an additional fee). You can select this during checkout of your first order or later in your account under Shipping method

Shipping details:

  • Delivered with insulation and cooling material
  • Automatic drop off permission applies. You do not need to be at home




Berlin

Carrier: Logitrax

Delivery days and times:

  • Tuesday to Saturday between 09:00 and 14:00

Important:

  • Eco delivery via refrigerated truck
  • No insulation or cooling material included
  • You must be at home to receive the delivery and place the meals directly into the freezer




Austria

Carrier: DPD

Delivery days and times:

  • Tuesday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00

Shipping details:

  • Delivered with insulation and cooling material
  • Automatic drop off permission applies. You do not need to be at home
  • We still recommend placing the products in the freezer by the evening of the delivery day.




Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Carrier: Swiss Post (Post CH)

Delivery days and times:

  • Tuesday to Saturday between 08:00 and 18:00

Shipping details:

  • Delivery with insulation and cooling materials
  • There is no automatic leave-behind authorisation – please be at home to receive your delivery.
  • Important: You must be at home to accept the parcel and place the meals straight into the freezer.




Netherlands

Carrier: Leen Menken

Delivery days and times:

  • Tuesday to Saturday between 09:00 and 19:00

Shipping details:

  • Delivery via refrigerated truck
  • No insulation or cooling material
  • You receive a 3-hour delivery window in advance
  • If you are not at home, a second delivery attempt is made the next day
  • Packages may be handed to neighbours. Please make sure they can freeze the meals




Belgium

Carrier: Leen Menken

Delivery days and times:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 08:00 and 18:00

Shipping details:

  • Delivery via refrigerated truck
  • No insulation or cooling material
  • You receive a 3-hour delivery window in advance
  • If you are not at home, a second delivery attempt is made the next day
  • Packages may be handed to neighbours. Please make sure they can freeze the meals




Luxembourg

Carrier: Leen Menken

Delivery days and times:

  • Wednesday and Friday between 09:00 and 19:00

Shipping details:

  • Delivery via refrigerated truck
  • No insulation or cooling material
  • You receive a 3-hour delivery window in advance
  • If you are not at home, a second delivery attempt is made the next day
  • Packages may be handed to neighbours. Please make sure they can freeze the meals




Please note

  • Any changes to your subscription must be made at least 3 days before the next scheduled delivery date. If your chosen delivery date is a Monday (availability varies by country), all changes must be made and saved by the Thursday before at the latest. This is because payment and order activation take place two or three days before the next scheduled delivery date. An order that has already been activated cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you refuse to accept a parcel, a refund is excluded in accordance with our Terms and Conditions (Section 6.4).
  • Tracking visibility: 
    We see the same status as you via the tracking link. We do not have additional insight into the delivery route or the current location of the driver.
  • Tracking link:
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow the status of your delivery. From this point on, delivery is handled by the shipping partner.
  • Delivery time window: 
    Some carriers display a more specific time window in the tracking. This window is not binding and may change at short notice. Please allow enough time to receive your delivery.
  • Contact with drivers: 
    Unfortunately, we are not able to contact drivers directly or influence the delivery process.
  • Local delivery practices: 
    In rare cases, drivers may not ring the doorbell or may leave parcels in an alternative location. We unfortunately have no direct control over this. If something does not go as expected, please contact us. We will review your case carefully and solution oriented.
