As a consumer, you have a fundamental right of withdrawal. You are a consumer if you enter into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, provided that the goods are non-perishable (e.g. merchandise products).

Please note: According to $ 312g (2) No. 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for frozen products.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Every GmbH, Paul-Lincke Ufer 7C, 10999 Berlin, E-Mail: [email protected]) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the withdrawal form provided for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. 

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
