How can I pause my every subscription?Updated 19 days ago
Need a break? No problem! You can easily pause your subscription for 1 to 3 months, for example, if you are travelling or still have enough meals in your freezer.
How to pause your subscription:
- Log in to your account
- In the menu bar, click on your name and select Settings
- Scroll to the section Subscription status and click Edit
- Choose Pause subscription and select how long you would like to pause
You will receive a notification in time before your subscription is automatically reactivated.
Good to know
- A paused or cancelled subscription can be reactivated at any time
- Orders that have already been placed will not be affected by the pause and will be delivered as planned.
Please note that any changes to your subscription must be made at least 3 days before the next scheduled delivery date. If the chosen delivery date is a Monday (availability varies by country), all changes must have been made and saved by the Thursday before at the latest.
