How can I change the delivery date of the next order?Updated 19 days ago

You can check at any time when your next delivery is scheduled and whether it is already on its way. How it works:


 

View your next scheduled delivery

  1. Log in to your account
  2. In the top right corner next to the calendar icon, you will see your next scheduled delivery date
  3. If no date is shown, your subscription is currently inactive. To view and change the next delivery date, please reactivate your subscription first


Track your current delivery

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner and select Track delivery
  3. Enter your order number and postal code
  4. You will see the delivery status of your order and an overview of the meals you ordered


Would you like to change your next delivery date?

This is how it works:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the calendar icon in the top right navigation
  3. You can postpone the delivery by 2 or 4 weeks or choose an individual new date

Please note:

Please note that any changes to your subscription must be made at least 3 days before the next scheduled delivery date. If the chosen delivery date is a Monday (availability varies by country), all changes must have been made and saved by the Thursday before at the latest. 

The reason for this is that payment and order activation take place two or three days before the next scheduled delivery date. An order that has already been activated cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you refuse to accept a parcel, a refund is excluded in accordance with our Terms and Conditions (Section 6.4).
