How to update your delivery address
- Log in to your account
- In the menu bar, click on your name and select Settings
- Click Edit next to Addresses
- Update the address as needed and make sure all details are complete
- Save your changes
Please note
- The address of an order that has already been triggered cannot be changed. Neither we nor the delivery partner can make changes once payment has been initiated
- As soon as your next subscription order is activated and payment is processed, the address can no longer be changed
- Street name and house number belong in Address line 1
Additional details such as door number, staircase, or floor should be entered in Address line 2 - Delivery to parcel lockers, Packstations, or similar locations is not possible
There is no compensation if such an address is selected and the condition of the goods is affected
To change the address, your subscription must be active. If it is currently inactive, please reactivate it first.
When to make changes
- Orders are activated two or three days before the delivery date and payment is processed automatically.
- Please note that changes to your subscription must be made no later than 3 days before the next scheduled delivery date. If Monday is the selected delivery date (availability varies by country), all changes must have been made and saved no later than the Thursday before.
