Can I change the delivery address shortly before the delivery date?Updated 19 days ago
This is unfortunately not possible.
You can change your address up to three days before the delivery date at the latest. If your selected delivery date is a Monday (availability varies by country), all changes must be made and saved by the preceding Thursday.
The reason for this is that payment and activation of an order take place two or three days before the next scheduled delivery date. Once an order has been activated, it can no longer be canceled or refunded. If a package is refused upon delivery, a refund is excluded in accordance with our Terms and Conditions (Section 6.4).
From this point onward, no further changes are possible – not even via the delivery service or our customer support. However, you can use the tracking link to, for example, arrange delivery to a neighbor or specify a safe place for delivery.
Why are last-minute changes not possible?
Last-minute changes are not possible because we work with external service providers and must adhere to fixed logistics deadlines and technical requirements.
Orders are packed and dispatched in advance to ensure on-time delivery and to maintain the quality of our frozen meals.
To ensure everything arrives as expected
Please make changes no later than three days before the delivery date.
You can update your address in your account under Settings in the “Addresses” and “Account Details” sections.
Restrictions
- Delivery to a parcel station or parcel box is not possible.
- In case of incorrect address information or failure to make timely changes, no compensation is provided.
