What should I consider if I have allergies or specific dietary requirements?Updated 25 days ago
Allergies and personal dietary requirements
We want to help you make an informed decision. That is why you will find a complete list of ingredients and nutritional values for each meal in our shop.
If you have individual allergies or specific dietary needs, it is advisable to consult your trusted healthcare professional to ensure that our meals meet your personal requirements.
Allergens
We work with great care. However, cross contamination with common allergens such as nuts cannot be completely ruled out.
Gluten and coeliac disease
Some recipes do not contain gluten. However, possible cross contamination cannot be excluded. For this reason, we cannot recommend our meals to people with coeliac disease.
If you are looking to reduce your gluten intake, our gluten-free recipes can be a good option. They are simply not suitable for people who must eat strictly gluten-free.
Histamine
Histamine is a complex topic, as there is no legal food classification that defines when a product is considered low histamine. All our products are plant based. Vegan foods are generally recommended for a low histamine diet, although there are exceptions such as soy sauce, bananas, pineapple, spinach, as well as tomatoes, citrus fruits, and soy.
How sensitive someone reacts to histamine varies from person to person. Observing your own eating habits can help determine your individual tolerance, as the tolerated amount depends on many factors.
