What happens if an item is not available?Updated a month ago

Occasionally, a meal may be temporarily unavailable. This happens because we produce fresh and based on demand, which can rarely lead to changes in your order.

If a meal is sold out, we will replace it with another meal so that:

1. You still receive the same number of meals and your quantity discount remains unchanged
2. There is no delay to your delivery

We work continuously to ensure high availability.

That meals sometimes sell out is also a good sign:

• High demand → your chosen meal is popular

• High quality standards → we only use high quality ingredients, and if these are not available, production may be delayed

• Production on demand → fresh products without large stock levels and no unnecessary overproduction

If you do not want a meal to be replaced, you can swap it for another meal or remove it entirely from your subscription.

What do the labels mean?

Low in stock

This label appears when a meal may sell out soon.

The meal is currently still available and can be included in your next delivery. You can still adjust the quantity.

Please note: We cannot guarantee that there will be sufficient stock for your upcoming order. If the meal sells out, it will be replaced with a suitable alternative. If you do not want a replacement, you can swap or remove the meal in your account.

Leaving Soon

This label indicates that a meal will soon be permanently removed from the range.

Stock is limited, and the meal may sell out before your next delivery. If you would like to enjoy it again, we recommend scheduling your next delivery soon.

Here, too, availability cannot be guaranteed. If the meal sells out, it will be automatically replaced unless you make changes yourself.

Back soon

This label appears when a meal is temporarily unavailable.
The meal is currently sold out, but will return soon. As soon as it is back in stock, you can add it to your delivery again.

Limited Edition

This label indicates that a meal is only available for a limited time.
These meals may be seasonal or produced in limited quantities. Once they are sold out, they will be removed from the range. If you would like to try a Limited Edition, we recommend adding it to your delivery early, as later availability cannot be guaranteed.

New

This label shows that a product has been added to the range recently and is waiting to be discovered and tried by you.
