I have a gift card, what now? (new customer)Updated a month ago

Browse our shop and add the products you would like to try to your cart. Once you are happy with your selection, proceed to checkout.

On the right side, you will see an overview of your selected items. Below this, you can enter your Gift Card code. Please make sure to enter the code exactly as shown, as the input field is sensitive to capital letters, lowercase letters, and spaces.

The value of your Gift Card will then be deducted from the total amount.
Please make sure to still add a payment method to your subscription for future payments.

Two possible scenarios:

1. You still have remaining credit:
   Any remaining balance is not automatically transferred to your newly started subscription.
   Please contact us at [email protected]. We will issue a subscription credit equal to the remaining amount.
2. You want to order more than the value of the every Gift Card:
   No problem at all. On the final checkout page, you can add a payment method. The remaining amount will then be charged using the selected payment method.
