To protect the environment, we send Gift Cards electronically by email. Please allow a short moment for delivery. For technical reasons, the Gift Card is only sent once your payment has been fully processed.
If you have not received it yet, please check your spam folder. Since the email is generated automatically, it may occasionally be classified as spam.
If you cannot find the Gift Card there, you can easily download it from your customer account. Simply log in and resend it from your previous orders.
If you prefer, you can also leave us a short message, and we will resend the Gift Card to you.
