How do I redeem discount codes or gift cards?Updated a month ago

You can easily redeem discount codes in your account. Please make sure to check the specific conditions before using a code.

Please note: It is not possible to use more than one discount code per order.

How it works

1. Log in to your account

2. Go to "My subscription" and scroll down to "Redeem your discounts"

3. Enter the discount code in the designated field

4. The discount will be automatically applied to your next eligible order

Important

• Discounts and vouchers cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been triggered

• Please pay attention to the discount conditions, such as minimum order value, validity, and whether the code applies to subscription orders

Gift cards

Have you received one or more gift cards (every Gift Card) or still have remaining credit on a gift card?

Please contact us at [email protected]. We will be happy to convert the gift card into a discount code that can be redeemed within your subscription. You will receive credit equal to the remaining balance.
