How do I prepare my every meals?Updated 25 days ago

Our meals are very easy to prepare and are often ready in under 10 minutes. Even without any cooking experience, you will be able to prepare our dishes quickly and effortlessly.

In a pan (recommended)
Add the frozen contents of your every bowl to a preheated pan. Heat over high heat for about 8 to 10 minutes until all ingredients are thoroughly heated. Depending on the dish, the preparation time may vary slightly. You will find exact instructions on the packaging of your meal. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.

In the microwave

Transfer the frozen contents to a microwave safe container and heat for 7 to 8 minutes at 800 watts. Stir occasionally.

In the Airfryer

We do not yet have experience with preparing our meals in devices such as air fryers or heated lunch boxes. If you would like to test this, we would be happy if you share your experience with us.


Please note that the calories stated on the packaging do not include the calories from the recommended amount of oil used for preparation.
