How do I change my payment method?Updated 19 days ago
You can update your payment method or add a new one at any time in your account.
How it works
- Log in to your account
- In the menu bar, click on your name and select Settings
- Click Edit next to Payment method and then select Update payment method
- You will receive an email. Click the button in the email and follow the instructions
Important
- Changes apply from the next billing attempt
- If your current payment fails, you can add a valid payment method here to avoid delays
- For your first subscription order, payment is taken immediately upon completion of the order. From the second subscription order onwards, the payment is automatically debited from your account two days before the next scheduled delivery date; for Monday deliveries (availability varies by country), this takes place on the Friday before, specifically when the new order is triggered.
