Would you like to delete your account and all stored data? Here is how it works.
What to do:
- To delete your customer account and all associated data, please fill out this form.
- We will take care of the rest. After receiving your request, we will delete your account and all related data within 30 days
Important
- Deletion is irreversible. Please make sure you have saved any information you may need later.
- Data protection is very important to us. We ensure that your data is deleted securely and completely in accordance with applicable regulations.
*After processing your request, your profile will be deactivated. All data required for the delivery of your previous orders will only be fully deleted after the legally required retention period in accordance with GDPR.
Once your profile has been deleted, you will no longer receive emails from us.
The deletion of your personal data and profile will be requested from Shopify. Once a deletion request has been initiated, Shopify does not automatically delete personal data if a customer has placed an order within the last six months (180 days), for example in case of a possible chargeback. In this case, the deletion request remains pending until the required period has passed. As a result, your account may remain active during this time.
Please note
If you log in to our shop again after the six month period, your orders and subscription will still be deleted, but a new account will be created automatically through the login process. This means your data will be stored again.
The same applies if you contact us by email. Your email address will then be re entered into our system. To avoid unintentionally storing your data again, please do not log in to the shop again and do not contact us by email after requesting deletion.
